   In our generation people nowadays does not care about other people's health. When they cough they don't cover their mouth. And with that kind of attitude it is very easy to infect each other through air ,because TB is an airborne disease. Sometimes the littlest doings can create some huge problems in life, that's why we must think before we act.

   Tuberculosis (TB) is a disease caused by bacteria called Mycobacterium tuberculosis. The bacteria usually attack the lungs, but they can also damage other parts of the body. TB spreads through the air when a person with TB of the lungs or throat coughs, sneezes, or talks.

   About our poster I put the causes inside the cup of water because when you pour water on the TV it will be damaged. Just like the cause of our diseases it can put us in danger. The prevention, I designed it as a battery because if your replace batteries when needed it would prevent from malfunctions on the remote. And the disease I designed it as a TV because it sound the same and i can also make it or use it as an example to our subject.

   Our disease has a big impact on our economy because Tuberculosis spreads rapidly through air or cough. So that means this disease s common to our society. And because of that common disease a lot of people experience it. And that people who experience it will have to buy some medicines. So this includes budgeting.

HOW TO DEAL WITH A SAD PERSON.

In our generation today, people misinterpret sadness to depression because they want attention from people. We can't just judge them right away because it's a wrong thing to do to a person. So why not just help them? We can help them in the way of understanding their feelings so that they can feel that there are still people who care for them because being recognized by someone is the best feeling especially to people who are sad and who are needing attention.

So here are the process to deal with a sad person:
1.) Know the person's problem by listening to him/her. You should be serious in listening to them because sad people are sensitive. They easily get broken or hurt.

2.) Understand him/her and never judge. Never judge a person because the problem will only get worst if you judge on them. They need comfort and someone who understands them.

3.) Give some advice that can make them feel comfort. Be proper in giving advice and you should focus on what you will say because as i said, they easily get hurt on things.

4.) Be with him/her because most people who are sad want a person to lean on and a person who will lend some ears to him/her.

5.) Never break something from him/her like breaking their trust because it is the worst feeling on a sad person. Breaking a trust is easy but building it back is a hard thing.

6.) Lift him/her up. When he/she still feels down and empty, stay by their side and lift their dark world by making them happy.

These surely can help a sad person. So let's spread this word "happy" to change the world. Spread awareness to sad and to depressed people especially to your family, friends and to other people.

Family Day 2019

                                        Family Day 2019

                   We celebrated Family day on January 27.2019 at ACT Bulacao Campus.

This day is the day where we show love with our family.

       Family day gives us a chance to have fun and enjoy our day with our beloved family and friends.

There is no more other day special than having wonderful moments with our family.

The best gift that God gave us is our family. A family that let us grew healthy and happy.

Family is not an important thing. It is everything.The memories we spend with them is also everything.
Without our family we are nothing. That's why we should love them whole heartedly.
Family is a unique gift that needs to be appreciated and treasured, even when they are driving you crazy. As much as they make you mad, interrupt you, annoy you, try to control you, these are the people who know you the best and who loves you truly.

The family day started with a mass at 1 pm and after that we danced with our parents.

And after that our hard work during the practices paid off. 

Our performance was successful and we really enjoyed it.

After the dance there are a bunch of other performance and we had fun watching it.

After that we had our dinner and we had a talk and shared some fun experiences in life with our friends.

The Soul of The Great Bell

The Son of Heaven had instructed an official Kouan-Yu to create a bell that would be heard for one hundred li. Kouan-Yu and his laborers worked hard to finish the bell. They showed it to the Son of Heaven but the Son of Heaven was disappointed for the metals failed to mix with each other. They tried and worked harder for the second bell but it was the same. The Son of Heaven was frustrated and ordered the death of Kouan-Yu if he cannot produce the bell on his third try.

Ko-Ngai, daughter of Kouan-Yu was afraid of his father's fate so she had consulted an astrologer to help his father. The astrologer advised that it will only be successful if a maiden will be melted into the crucible. So on the day of the third casting of the bell, she leapt in the crucible. Kouan-Yu was devasted however, everyone was surprised because the bell turned out to be more beautiful than the Son of Heaven had wished for.

Intro

This story was written by Lapciado Hearn he was a international writer, who is known best for his books about Japan, especially his collections of Japanese legends and ghost stories. The characters of the story are Ko- Ngai, Daughter of Kouan-Yu and the one who sacrificed herself.  Kouan-Yu, a worthy mandarin and father of Ko-Ngai. Yung-Lo a God leader who was interested in keeping his kingdom at peace. Celestial August, the son of heaven.

This blog will talk about the Soul of the great bell on Beijing, China. My opinions are also included. Pictures are also found in this blog.

Body

The story was entitled the soul of the great bell because according to my research in brainly.ph I found out that the meaning is because Ko-Ngai sacrificed herself to save her father and to make the great bell. And she sacrificed herself. And also, that's why whenever they will hear the sound of the bell, they'll say "That’s Ko-Ngai crying out for her shoe" because the people knows the history behind the great bell and for me. The saying symbolizes the love of Ko-Ngai towards her father and it is really thoughtful for everyone that they appreciate the effort of Ko-Ngai and her dad.

This story is fun but I don’t like the story a little because there is so many girls in Beijing that is a virgin, and the one who leaped was Ko-Ngai. Ko-Ngai does not deserve to die because she is a kind and a loving daughter. I could suggest anyone that is willing to sacrifice their lives for Kouan-Yu the official in Beijing to sacrifice them selves to save the life of Kouan-Yu and offer something to the family of the one who sacrificed to thank their loving ang kind hearts.

Conclusion

Before, I thought stories are just for kids, but when I read this story I’ve changed my mind because I have learned something. I have realized that sometimes we just have to sacrifice anything just to save or help others. Sacrifice takes great big responsibility.

Open Letter

                                           An open letter to parents:

           Parents. Parents are the one who let you grow with a happy and successful life. Parents do everything to keep you happy when you're down. They make sure that you keep smiling. They give you all your needs to keep you strong and healthy. No other love can compare to the love of our parents. Their love is the best, strongest and never ending love. <3

            In my 14 years of existence, I've never experienced that my parents let me down. They always take care of me when I, myself can't even take care of myself. They have been supportive with all the things I want to do. Though sometimes, they don't allow me to go else where, but I know that it's for my own good. They may be strict, but they're being strict to show that they care and love you.

Autobiographical Incident

                                       I Hate School

                                     "I Never care for school" I said

       I hate school, I don't like school. I never wanted to go to school. I hate doing assignments,projects and school activities. I don't care about anything related to school. I don't like to wake up early just to go to school. And I always thought that school is nothing and it can't help my future.

    After being lazy and not doing my assignments,project, I've never tried having good grades, I thought that is I study more maybe I could have a chance to get a passing grade. But the only my brain is working and my actions are still the same. I am just too lazy.

  

     My parents caught me not doing my part well as a student and they punished me. They have not let me do what I want to do. I felt bad because they spent a lot of thousands just to send me to a expensive private school. Then it came to me that being lazy is the most wrong thing to do inside or outside the school. I apologized to my parents. From then on I take school seriously; at the same time I had fun.

     Everything has changed after I did my part as a student; My parents trusted me again and they have forgiven me for what i have done.
